Meet The Team

Charl Van Wyk

Charl Van Wyk is the co-founder of FHG Capital Holdings, a privately held multifamily investment company. He has been in the real estate industry for over 23 years.

Born in South Africa, Charl and his wife decided to pursue the American Dream. They came to the USA in 1996 with 2 suitcases each, and they instantly saw the opportunities that real estate offered. They bought their first investment condo in California in 1999 and never looked back.

In 2004, Charl got his Florida realtor license and has since helped numerous buyers, sellers, and investors with their real estate needs. His passion for education led him to a multifamily seminar by Tyler Deveraux.

Charl now focuses on multifamily acquisitions in the value-add arena of C- to B+ class properties, where his real estate knowledge can fully benefit both his investor group and his family.

Charl and his wife Okkie currently live in the great state of Florida where they are raising their two beautiful kids.

Okkie Van Wyk

Okkie Van Wyk is the co-founder of FHG Capital Holdings, a privately held multifamily investment company. She has been investing in real estate for over 23 years.

When Okkie and her husband came to the USA in 1996, she quickly saw opportunities in real estate. Being employed full-time, she loved the idea of passive income and, with her husband, bought their first investment condo in California in 1999.

Her work took her and her husband to Florida in 2002. She continued to rise in her field and led her team to numerous successes in large-scale projects. She is not only a dedicated and hard-working leader, but she is also a compassionate, loving, and supportive mother.

Okkie and her husband later founded FHG capital holdings where they focus on multifamily acquisitions in the value-add arena of C- to B+ class properties. Her experience with project management and logistics greatly benefits the company and her family.

Aside from her work life, Okkie enjoys serving her community and spending time with her family.

Adryan Van Wyk

Adryan Van Wyk is the daughter of Charl and Okkie Van Wyk, the founders of FHG Capital Holdings.

Adryan was introduced to real estate at an early age and soon learned the power of having your money work for you.

Adryan is a straight-A student who goes above and beyond to get things done well. She is a natural leader and loves helping others.

Adryan’s parents not only showed her the power of real estate, but they also taught her the importance of giving back to the community. In 2020, she founded her non-profit organization, Cancer-Free Creations, in order to provide spiritual, emotional, and financial support to families fighting cancer.

Although she does a lot, Adryan still makes time to hang out with her friends and spend time with her brother.

Janelle Jessek

As head of buying and renting for the past six years, Janelle is expert at finding the perfect home for you and your loved ones. Whether you're looking for a short-term lease, a cottage on the beach, or a condo in a high-rise, Janelle and her buying team are perfectly poised to open the door to your dream home.

Janelle is well-known around the office for her morning "listings check." The first thing she does when she gets to work is sip a cappuccino and get intimately acquainted with all of the listings in town. She then sends out snapshots to her team, so they can quickly figure out which listings best apply to their clients' needs.

You'll often hear Janelle say, "Your dream home's just around the corner. It's our job to find the key."

Michael Bradley

Michael has been the head of the J+M sales team for four years. His goal is to bring luxury to every transaction. When selling your home, he considers every detail from high-end staging all the way through to "leather chair" closings. He not only streamlines and simplifies the process, but he's actually found a way to make selling your home exciting.

Michael knows that selling a home can be an emotional time. He also knows that selling your home at the right price can help make those emotions a little more positive. He finds you the best price while emphasizing transparency throughout the process.

His catch phrase: "I don't sell homes. I sell possibilities."
